Gombotii, desertul specific restaurantului nostru va asteapta sa ii gustati si savurati in cea mai placuta atmosfera in Sfintii Voievozi nr. 13.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In intampinarea iernii va asteptam cu vin fiert aromatizat cu portocale si cele mai fine condimente special mixate pentru o reteta cu personalitate si extrem de apreciata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ciorba de tarhon a fost compusa de dimineata in cele mai bune conditii gastro-muzicale, si va asteapta pe tot parcursul zilei.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In meniul nostru gasiti astazi si paprikasul de ciuperci cu pui si puiul cu grumanzilor cu o noua poveste, playlist si cea mai proaspata mancare autohtona.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aceasta minunata zi de joi daca nu va convins sa iesiti din casa inca cu soarele ei imbietor, atunci ar trenui sa stiti ce avem in meniul zilei de azi, si daca nu va hotarati sa treceti pe la noi atunci puteti incerca sa gatiti singuri ce fel de mai jos doriti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In marti, unii dintre voi isi sarbatoresc ziua de nastere, sau primesc o veste buna, poate chiar este un termen mult asteptat pentru un proiect. Deci pentru toti cei care privesc cu alti ochi ziua de marti, decat din prisma celor 3 ceasuri rele, prima zi de dupa luni, sau a doua zi din cinci pana la week-end, ii rugam sa puna in valoare aceasta zi si sa incerce sa le arate si celorlati ca fiecare zi e speciala in felul ei.&lt;br /&gt;La multi ani sarbatoritilor! Pentru ca in medie zilnic s-au nascut peste 16 milioane de oameni. Deci daca esti nascut azi, ai putea face o petrecere numai cu cei nascuti in aceasi zi cu tine pe tot teritoriul Romaniei. Cred că e momentul în care toată lumea se întoarce puţin la copilărie. Mă refer  la bucuria sinceră pe care ţi-o produce, la orice vârstă, perechea de ghete plină cu dulciuri. Şi plăcerea naivă de a te plimba prin oraş, admirând beculeţele  colorate...ori  liniştea pe care o aduce cu sine o cană fierbinte de ceai parfumat. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aici, la Papa La Şoni, vă aşteptăm cu cele mai vesele  sentimente, cu bucate gustoase, consistente, pregătite anume pentru a face faţă frigului care ne aşteaptă afară, cu muzică bună şi atmosferă caldă şi intimă, aşa cum se cere iarna. Veselia lui vine in conditiile optime de lucru pentru o zi de vineri. Astfel am pus la punct un "Play-list" culinar de sfarsit de saptamana, iar pentru ca orice sfarsit insemana un nou inceput si in cazul de fata un inceput de week-end, nu imi ramane sa va spun decat ca miscarea perpetua a spatiului si timpului mai devreme sau mai tarziu va va aduce la masa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tonul meniului de azi, ca un diapazon, a fost dat de supa de pui. Antricotul cel mai suculent se despică sub lama ascuţită a cuţitelor noastre în fâşioare subţiri şi elegante, pe care cu ajutorul zeului Vulcan le perpelim la foc, până ce toată voluptatea purpurie a cărnii rămâne captivă sub crusta rumenită. Apoi, ne îmbânzim sângele fierbinte, latin, cu panna da cucina (sau, cum se spune pe la noi, smântână groasă), care leagană bucăţelele de vită ca o plăpumioară pufoasă. &lt;br /&gt;Încoronarea cu Gorgonzola vine abia la final, pentru a nu-i deranja aroma cremos-înţepăcioasă. De 1 Decembrie ne-am unit cu totii fortele si trebuie sa fim mandrii de acest lucru deoarece cu totii am contribuit cu inversunare la infratirea noastra. Din acest motiv noi, Papa la Soni, incearca sa combine gusturile atat la mancare cat si la muzica. Bucătarul nostru are o &lt;i style=""&gt;Diplomă de Excelenţă&lt;/i&gt; oferită de &lt;i style=""&gt;Institutul Transilvănean de Acreditare a Ciorbelor&lt;/i&gt;, primită special pentru o asemenea ispravă. Nici măcar nu are sens să spun ce are în compoziţie, important e faptul că nu-i lipseşte nimic. E densă, săţioasă, parfumată. Orice alt comentariu ar fi în plus. Tinem cont si de perioada de post, si de cei ce au ales o alimentatie vegetariana. cu retete noi special compuse pentru gustule rafinate ale ascultatorilor si degustatorilor nostri.&lt;br /&gt;In meniul noile retete sunt "Pui marocan" dulce-acrisor-picant, o simfonie de gusturi rafinate din cele mai bune si proaspete ingrediente.&lt;br /&gt;"Rulouri cremoase de pui" cu branza si sos pesto si noua garnitura ce insoteste aceste doua feluri este "Orez cu ierburi".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acestea fiind spuse va astepam cu felurile din meniul consacrat, plus meniul zilei de luni.&lt;br /&gt;Fie ca inceputul de saptamana sa va regaseasca in cele mai bune conditii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sa gustati numai ce am compus noi pentru aceasta zi si va veti convinge de ce ziua de vineri are cel mai bun gust, de ce inaintea felului principal "sfarsitul de saptamana" vinerea este desertul, felul dulce ce anticipa tot ce e mai bun intr-o saptamana de lucru.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa cum urmeaza, muzica buna, obligatoriu, felul I si II, paine, apa, limonada si o vorba buna din partea casei la 25 de lei de la 12:00 pana la 16:00 si cu ora vesele pentru meniu dupa 16:00 pana la 18:00. Am inceput sa compunem meniul si playlist-ul deci orice sugestii sunt bine venite pentru a asigura cea mai buna atmosfera.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acestea fiind spuse va prezentam pe scurt meniul zilei vrem sa facem in alta zi mai apropiata de sfarsitul saptamanii.&lt;br /&gt;Prin puterea ei ziua de luni incepe un nou ciclu asa cum o face un inceput de an, de veac sau de mileniu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Luni de dimineata restaurantul Papa la Soni, a facut curat, a achizitionat cele mai proaspete legume si fructe, carne si mirodenii, si a realizat in linistea oferita de ziua de luni un meniu pe gustul fiecaruia, dupa cum urmeaza:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul I:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ciorba de potroace&lt;br /&gt;Ciorba de tarhon&lt;br /&gt;Supa de rosii&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul II:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Varza a la Cluj&lt;br /&gt;Spanac cu ochiuri&lt;br /&gt;Spanac cu carnati plescoi&lt;br /&gt;Spanac simplu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tot ce va doriti in plus se regaseste in meniu si va pregatim bucate alese conform meniului scris, pe care va invitam sa il cititi la noi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meniul zilei 25 lei, intre 12:00 - 18:00, contine felul I si II, paine, &lt;a ca nu va ofer suficiente motive gastro-muzicale sa mancati in oras, meniul zilei de azi va asteapta in str. Ciorba de tarhon cu afumatura, traditionala in restaurantul nostru.&lt;br /&gt;I.b. Ciorba de legume, penntru post.&lt;br /&gt;I.c. Ciorba de potroace cu purcel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul II:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;II.a. Gulyas de vitel, un adevarat concert de legume proaspete si vitel maturat.&lt;br /&gt;II.b. Spanac, simplu de post, cu ochiuri pentru lacto-vegetarieni si cu Plescoi pentru cei ce indragesc gusturile romanesti.&lt;br /&gt;II.c. Sfintii Voivozi nr. 13, am pregatit un meniu pentru ziua de marti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru una, doua sau mai multe persoane, in functie de dispozitia fiecaruia va asteptam cu:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul I:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Ciorba de tarhon cu afumatura&lt;br /&gt;2. Supa crema de brocolli, brocolli de provenienta autohtona, proaspat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul II:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Gulyas (Gulash) de vita.&lt;br /&gt;2. Spanac cu ochiuri&lt;br /&gt;3. /&gt;^ Fasole frecata&lt;br /&gt;^ Spanac cu ochiuri sau carnati plescoi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In cursul zilei de azi va preparam deasemenea si ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pui cu sos de smantana, cascaval, cu sos de tarhon si usturoi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Berbecul si vitelul cu sos sunt aburinzi si gata sa fie servite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Garnituri pentru meniu orez simplu sau cu legume, sarbatoritilor zilei de azi!&lt;br /&gt;Si pentru ca saptamana buna, se arata de luni, un meniu numai bun e gata si va asteapta cald de la 12:00 pana la 18:00, si redus cu 25 % in intervalul 16:00 - 18:00.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bunatatile meniului de luni se compun din urmatoarele feluri:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul I:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;` Ciorba de potroace&lt;br /&gt;` Gulyas de vita&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul II:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;` Paprikas de curcan cu ciuperci&lt;br /&gt;` Spanac cu ochiuri&lt;br /&gt;` Pui cu sos de smantana&lt;br /&gt;` Pui cu sos de type='html'>E gata mancarea, e gata saptamana de lucru, si incepe un sfarsit de saptamana in care speram ca totul sa fie la fel de bun ca mancarea pe care o servim astazi ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meniul zilei tine ca de obicei de la 12:00 la 18:00, si se compune din urmatoarele acorduri gastro-muzicale:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul I:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Ciorba de varza cu afumatura&lt;br /&gt;- Supa de rosii&lt;br /&gt;- Ciorba de legume&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inte feluri specialul Gulyas de vita, pregatit de Sonyi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul II:&lt;br /&gt;- Tocanita de cartofi cu afumatura&lt;br /&gt;- Zacusca&lt;br /&gt;- Pui cu sos de cascaval&lt;br /&gt;- Berbecut turcesc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Garnituri fel de fel, si la comanda orice fusion de mancaruri afla la jumatate, la fel si aceasta saptamana, la pranz "Papa la Soni" are pregatit meniul zilei cu urmatoarele feluri:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul I:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a. Ciorba de legume, vegetariana pentru dezintoxifierea naturala inainte de week-end, pentru cine doreste si vrea ...&lt;br /&gt;b. Ciorba de tarhon cu afumatura, pentru un ritm alert si clar ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felul II:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;.Tocanita de cartofi cu afumatura proaspata, gatita de Soni inca de dimineata&lt;br /&gt;. Gulyas de vita si berbec.&lt;br /&gt;. Fasole frecata, ca la noi nu se bate nici un fel de mancare, cu carnati plescoi sau simpla&lt;br /&gt;. Paprikas de ciuperci&lt;br /&gt;. Spanac cu carnati plescoi&lt;br /&gt;. Spanac cu ochiuri, prajite sau in apa&lt;br /&gt;.
